Access keys

Simply hold down Shift + Alt, then press the corresponding number.

Opera

Hold down Shift + Esc to enter 'access key' mode - a list of available accesskeys will then be displayed, with the access key in brackets, followed by the link title. Press the corresponding key to open the link. To close 'access key' mode without opening one of the links, press Shift + Esc again.

Safari

Simply hold down Ctrl, then press the corresponding number.
