Kingston Lacey is a magnificent property, cared for by The National Trust, near Wimborne Minster in Dorset.
The 17th century mansion contains an outstanding collection of paintings including some by Rubens and Titian and other works of art. See the restored Guido Reni fresco on the library ceiling and the famous, dramatic Spanish Room, with walls hung in gilded leather. The House and Garden are set in a wooded park containing a fine herd of Devon Cattle. There is a licensed restaurant and gift shop.
