Picture the scene. Guests are relaxing and enjoying the upper-class hospitality of His Lordship at Weston Manor, and are about to enjoy dinner served by the Household staff. But tragedy unfolds as a shot suddenly rings out .a body is discovered and (youve guessed it) .the inspector is called. You then have to follow the clues to solve the crime and work out whodunnit. You will be given information throughout the evening and have the opportunity to question each of the characters. The medieval Barons Hall with its Minstrels Gallery provides the perfect setting for an evening of entertainment and mayhem.

Day 1 - Sunday
We travel through the Oxfordshire Cotswolds and arrive in the small town of Chipping Campden in Gloucestershire. Its ancient High Street is a delight, flanked on either side by an unbroken sweep of honey-coloured stone buildings, some dating from the 14th century. The iconic Market Hall was built in 1627 and is now in the care of the National Trust. The grand church of St James is one of the finest examples of a Cotswold wool church. There will be time to explore and find lunch in one of the tearooms and ancient inns. Later we continue to the Manor Hotel to prepare for dinner and the 'main event'.D
Day 2 - Monday
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast and, perhaps, a stroll in the Manor Hotel's beautiful garden, before we make the short journey into Oxford, the 'City of Dreaming Spires'. There will be time to enjoy shopping and sightseeing, and visit some of the museums and colleges for which the city is famous. This afternoon we join Salters Steamers for a cruise lasting around two hours. Travelling downstream on one of the most attractive stretches of the River Thames, we will pass the Oxford University regatta course then through beautiful countryside with views of 18th century Nuneham House and through three locks to end our journey in Abingdon. Here, the coach will be waiting to take us back to Sussex.B
