Polhill and Rochester

Our first stop today will be Polhill Garden Centre. There will be time to have lunch and browse the various retail offerings. In the afternoon we make our way to the historic town of Rochester.  Home to a cathedral and Norman castle, the town was a favourite of Charles Dickens and many of the buildings that featured in hs novels can still be found in Rochester today.  The High Street has many quaint, independent shops and a range of cafes in which to find refreshments.
