This unpretentious Georgian seafront hotel provides comfortable accommodation, an excellent choice of menus and a high standard of service from friendly and experienced staff. The Rex is just a short stroll from the town centre shops and colourful harbour. It was built as a summer residence for the Duke of Clarence when George III held his royal court in Weymouth. A lift serves all floors. Bedrooms vary in size and layout, and all have free Wi-fi and tea/coffee making.
